Scott has over 18 years of experience working with athletes of all walks of life - from the weekend warrior to the seasoned professional. He has worked within professional Rugby (Leicester Tigers, Harlequins Rugby), Cricket (Eng Lions), rowing (GB), America's Cup (Oracle Team USA), NHL (Toronto Maple Leafs) and Ironman Triathlon. He also worked within a Gut Microbiome Biotech startup in Boston to assist rounding his knowledge in nutritional science.

He has grown to love the sport of Triathlon, having first started with Sarah Piampiano and witnessed the impact that an optimal nutrition plan can have on an individual, from both a health and performance perspective.
