A Little About Krystle
Krystle Ong is one of Purple Patch’s resident strength and conditioning coaches, playing a central role in the design and delivery of strength programming for both Tri Squad and in-person athletes at the Purple Patch Performance Center.
With a diverse background spanning strength, mobility, and mind-body practices, Krystle has coached mobility for CrossFit athletes, performance training at a Krav Maga gym, and now leads yoga, meditation, circuit training, and reformer-based strength classes across the Bay Area. Her coaching focuses on intentional, integrated movement — helping athletes and everyday movers build resilience, strength, and body awareness.
