While interaction is less frequent than full individual coaching, you still receive continuous education throughout your training, as well as a fully customized daily training schedule, designed from scratch by Matt Dixon to integrate into your life.
Over the course of the program you will be empowered to make smart decisions about your own performance, with consistent and ongoing education on all aspects of performance from Matt Dixon. This is an ideal program for a more self-sufficient athlete equipped to follow a plan, or someone looking for both education, as well as guidance and planning, for their fitness or training.
