Having trained with other purplepatch athletes and having tapped into Matt’s knowledge on several occasions in the past, I was always impressed by the purplepatch approach to training and performance. To now be a part of the purplepatch team is an exciting and hugely important step in my triathlon career. I believe Matt can and will help me unlock my full potential and really take my training and racing to the next level.
